The Union Jack - a Banner for Britain?

I'd forgotten about this fascinating documentary by Phil Rees shown on the beeb back in 2006, about the Union flag and what it means to those living 'under' it.

Phil has put the doc up on his vimeo page with only a few views, I reckon it's well a second look.
