Amazed that Cameron has been so stupid. I don't think it's a case that Eck has outwitted him, because Dave doesn't seem to have any wits.

He has volunteered to remove the potential legal impediment to holding the referendum & take the Supreme Court out of the picture. Having made that offer he is going to find it very hard to go back on that.

The unionists seem determined to secure a ''victory'' in ensuring that the third option is not on the ballot paper, thinking that it makes it less likely that the SNP will win anything.

In setting their collective faces against FFA they give the SNP an immediate plan B if they lose the referendum - go to the people & say OK we accept we are going too fast for you. You want FFA but we couldn't offer it to you because the unionists prevented that.

So either the SNP win the referendum on independence, or in the event they don't they shift down a gear & go for FFA as an interim step on the road to their long term objective.

& Dave & Michael & Danny & Gideon have helped them.
